The customer is obligated to examine the product after receiving very carefully if the product meet one’s expectations. The customer have to consider that there can be a small difference in colours on the pictures from our website. When the products not live up to your expectations, you have to inform Proud 2 Wear within 7 working days. You can write us an e-mail with motivations.

When it is clear that the product can not live up to the expectations of the customer, Proud 2 Wear has the choice to replace the product for another one or return the payment. We return the payment within 14 days on the given account number.

When you want to return the product, you have the right to do so, within 7 days after receiving the product. We only accept a returned product when it’s not used or damaged.

The costs that are made to return the product are due for the customer.
